I offer virtual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults in Illinois and Arizona. My holistic and eclectic treatment approach draws from strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, positive psychology, culturally sensitive, and mindfulness-based theories to understand problems and bring about growth and change. I believe every individual is unique and treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs. I value client self-determination and feel empowering clients to participate in their treatment process actively is essential. Sessions focus on building on an individual’s strength and capacity for change while addressing the stressor.
Areas of Speciality include Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, Stress, Grief/Trauma/Loss, Social Skills, and Chronic Medical Illnesses.
I understand it can be difficult to seek out help. As an empathetic therapist, my goal is to provide clients with a supportive and non-judgmental place to feel safe expressing feelings, overcome barriers, and begin healing. I am also a bicultural, bilingual individual who also offers services in Gujarati and Hindi.
Infertility Counseling & Miscarriage Support Therapy
Therapy for Reproductive Loss, IVF Stress & Family-Building Decisions
Culturally Responsive Therapy for South Asian Women
Overwhelmed by infertility, miscarriage, complicated medical experiences, and chronic illnesses that others don’t fully understand.
The pressure of cultural or family expectations while navigating deeply personal decisions about fertility, motherhood, or adoption.
Grief that feels invisible, especially when people expect you to “move on” or stay strong.
Stuck between honoring your cultural values and caring for your own emotional needs.
Exhausted from carrying so much privately—trying to appear okay while feeling anxious, sad, or uncertain inside.
Like you want a space where you don’t have to explain your culture, your family dynamics, or the weight of these experiences.
You don’t have to carry this alone. Therapy can be a place where your story, your grief, and your hopes are held with care and understanding.
I provide a compassionate, supportive space where adult women can slow down, reflect, and process the experiences that may feel overwhelming or isolating.
Together, we may work on:
Processing the grief and emotional impact of miscarriage, infertility, or reproductive loss
Navigating medical trauma or chronic health challenges
Exploring the complex emotions involved in adoption journeys
Managing anxiety, stress, and uncertainty during major life transitions
Understanding and navigating family and cultural expectations
Reconnecting with your own needs, voice, and sense of self
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, mindfulness, and body-based awareness to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and supported as you move through difficult experiences.
I specialize in supporting adult women, especially South Asian women, who are navigating complex life experiences such as:
Infertility, miscarriage, or reproductive loss
Adoption journeys and family-building decisions
Medical trauma or chronic health challenges
Major life transitions or periods of uncertainty
Balancing cultural expectations with personal needs
You’ll feel most supported here if you want a safe, compassionate space to process your emotions, explore your options, and find practical strategies to move forward—while honoring your cultural background and personal values.
Therapy with me is for women who are ready to be seen, heard, and understood, even when their experiences feel invisible or complex.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
If you are navigating infertility, miscarriage, medical challenges, adoption decisions, or other life transitions, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and feel supported.
I offer in-person sessions in Arizona and tele-health sessions for clients in Arizona and Illinois.
I also offer culturally responsive therapy for women from diverse backgrounds, including South Asian communities. Sessions are available in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, in person in Arizona or virtually in Arizona and Illinois.
Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
If you’d like to learn more or see if we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation. I would be honored to support you.
