As a passionate psychotherapist, I drive client self-determination and I feel it is crucial in empowering clients to be active participants in their own therapeutic process. The engaging sessions focus on building an individual's strength and capacity for change while alleviating the negative and unhelpful stressors. Learning lifestyle changes and developing coping skills help clients towards personal growth.

Being aware that it can be difficult to seek out help, I work hard to be an empathetic therapist with a goal to provide clients with a supportive and non-judgmental place. This creates a personal environment conducive to allow the client to feel safe towards expressing feelings, overcoming barriers, and begin healing.
