Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to answer questions and see if we’re a good fit (for therapy in the East Valley or online therapy in Arizona/Illinois).

Who do you work with?

I work with young adults and adult women looking for support with anxiety, stress, overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

What do you help with most?

Common concerns include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, infertility and miscarriage support, IVF/fertility stress, health anxiety/chronic illness stress, relationship challenges, and feeling “stuck.”

What types of therapy do you use?

My approach blends CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness-based therapy, and mind-body practices to help you feel more grounded and supported.

What happens in a therapy session?

Sessions are a mix of reflection and practical tools—like grounding skills, nervous system support, and strategies to manage anxiety and stress—all in a collaborative, non-judgmental space.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes

Do you offer in-person therapy or telehealth?

Both. I offer in-person therapy in Chandler, AZ and online therapy (telehealth) for clients located in Arizona and Illinois.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. I submit claims on your behalf for out-of-network reimbursement (if applicable). We’ll review how that works during your consultation. Please check with your insurance plan to confirm coverage. I can provide billing codes, but I can’t verify eligibility or coverage.

What are your fees?

Fees vary based on session length and services. I’ll go over current rates during the free consultation so you have clear expectations.

How often should I schedule therapy?

Most clients start with weekly therapy sessions, then adjust to biweekly or as needed based on goals, progress, and life stressors.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Therapy is confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions (explained in your first session) related to safety and mandated reporting.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, grieving, or going through a major life change, therapy can help you build clarity, coping skills, and support.
